It was founded and incorporated on November 2018, duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC); Social Security System (SSS); Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR); Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE); also member of Philippines Association of Detective and Protective Agencies Operators and duly licensed by the Philippine National Police Supervisory Office for Security and Investigation Agencies (SOSIA).

It has steadily develop to become one of the most equipped, advance technology and cost effective oriented security services corporation in the country today. It renders security postings, investigation and safety services to various private and government clienteles engaged in all types of business endeavors.
